Independent Directors Committee (IDC) have submitted to BSE a copy of recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors (the \IDC\) of the Company under Regulation 26(7) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as amended (the \SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011\) in relation to the Open Offer to the public shareholders of India Radiators Ltd (\Target Company\).
