We hereby submit under Regulation 40 (10) of the Listing Regulations the Compliance Certificate in terms of Regulation 40(9) of the Listing Regulations dated 12th April, 2024, issued by CS Pravin Kumar Drolia, Company Secretary in whole time practice, Kolkata (FCS No. 2366, CP No.1362), confirming timely processing the transmission requests received by the Company during the year by its RTA. It was also confirmed that the Company/RTA of the Company did not receive any application for Sub-division, Consolidation and Renewal etc. during the Period from 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2024.
