Pursuant to Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to be certify that all the activities in relation to the share transfer facility for the financial ended on 31st March, 2024 were maintained by CB Management Services Private Limited as per the SEBI Regulations
