Pursuant to SEBI Circular dated 26th November, 2018 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities and BSE circular dated 11th April, 2019, we like to confirm that the company does not fulfill the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of the abovementioned SEBI Circular and hence does not fall in the category of Large Corporate and cannot be considered as Large Corporate as defined under the said circular.
