Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. April 16, 2024, inter-alia, has considered the following:\r\n\r\n1. The board has considered the proposal of Fund Raising through Issue of Shares /Share Warrants on the basis of preferential allotment in accordance with the provision of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulation, 2018, and redirected the said proposal to the Management committee to reassess and consider the same in the forthcoming Board Meeting.\r\n
