Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ( SEBI LODR ) the Company has received intimation from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agents ( RTA ) i.e. M/s Link Intime India Private Limited (TSR Consultants Private Limited, the erstwhile RTA has been amalgamated with and into Link Intime India Private Limited with effect from 22nd December 2023) that the below-mentioned shareholders have applied to the company for issuance of duplicate share certificates due to loss of original share certificates.
