Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Prateek Garg has retired from the position of the Independent Director on completion of his term of office as an Independent Director of the Company effecting from the closing of business hours on 17th April 2024 and ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company. His term has expired and he did not wish to seek re-appointment due to his commitment for new projects and global business expansion due to which he would not be able to do justice to this responsibility.\r\n\r\nKindly take the same in your records.
