This is in continuation to our intimation dated 10 April 2024 in connection with the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and OCCL Limited and their respective shareholders and Creditors.\r\n\r\nWe would like to inform you that, today i.e. 17 April, 2024, the Company has received the certified copy of order dated 10 April 2024 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench sanctioning the Scheme. A copy of the said order is attached for your ready reference.
