Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company received an Order from Joint Commissioner, (Business Audit Wing - VI) Jaipur, imposing penalty of Rs. 79,585/- under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 for the financial year 2018-19.
