Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that a penalty of Rs. 20,000/- has been imposed on the Bank by Assistant Commissioner of Central Tax - Telangana state for the matters mentioned in the the letter.
