This is to inform you that, in terms of Regulation 23(9) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015) is not applicable to Shiva Suitings Ltd (hereinafter referred to as \the Company\) as the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company is less than INR 10 Crores and the Net Worth of the Company is less than INR 25 Crores as on 31st March 2024 i.e. less than the requirements of Regulations 15 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. \r\n\r\nWe request you to take a note of the same.
