Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed by the circulation effective 17th April, 2024 have accorded their consent to shift the registered office of the Company from its existing address at B1 & B4, Baba House,86, M.V Road, Andheri East, Mumbai-400093 with effect from 17th April, 2024.
