Re-appointment of Mr. Sunit Jain (DIN: 06924372) as a Managing Director on the Board of Directors of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) years w.e.f. 13th April, 2024 to 12th April, 2029 on the expiry of his existing term on 12th April, 2024, subject to approval of members of the Company in the forthcoming General Meeting.
