As per the requirement of Regulation 7(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we confirm that all the activities in relation to both physical and electronic Share Transfer facility are maintained by Link Intime India Pvt Ltd, Category-I, SEBI Registered RTA of the Company.
