Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 ( SEBI LODR ) the Company has received intimation from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agents ( RTA ) i.e. M/s Link Intime India Private Limited (TSR Consultants Private Limited, has been merged with Link Intime India Private Limited with effect from 22nd December 2023) that the below-mentioned shareholder has applied to the company for issuance of duplicate share certificates due to loss of original share certificates.
