Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.\r\nMoreover, in the same Board Meeting all the members of the Company's Board and Senior Management have affirmed with the Code of Conduct of the Board of Directors and Senior Management Personnel on an annual basis as per the requirement under Regulation 26(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
