As per the requirement of Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby confirm that all activities in relation to both physical & electronic share transfer facility are maintained by the Company's Register & Share Transfer Agent, viz Link Intime Pvt Ltd a category-I, Register & Share Transfer Agent (RTA), registered with the SEBI vide Registration No. INR000004058 during the period 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024(both days inclusive).
