Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform that Company has executed a wage settlement agreement. Further both the parties have agreed to the terms and conditions of the agreement as on April 19, 2024 with members of Lok-Kalyan Majdoor Union, Pune covered under The Trade Union Act, 1926 for a period of three years starting from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2026.
