In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 19th April, 2024 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC), pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR) and in connection with the requirements of Clause 16 (g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR, we would like to inform you that 24th (Twenty Forth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened on 22nd April, 2024 at 03.00 P.M. onwards through video conferencing. \r\n\r\nAt the aforesaid meeting, the RP of the Company appraised the Committee of Creditors, inter alia, about the current status of CIRP and discussed the operational matters. \r\n\r\nThe meeting was concluded at 03.51 P.M.
