Pursuant to the provisions of the captioned regulation, we are enclosing herewith a certificate from the CS in practice to the effect that during the year ended March 31, 2024, there are no transfer of shares in physical form for transfer, sub-division, consolidation,renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls / allotment monies during the period 1st April 2023 to March 31, 2024.
