This is to inform you in terms of Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Bombay Oxygen Investments Limited ('the Company') will be held on Tuesday, 30th April, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 and recommendation of dividend, if any.
