The Company will be investing in 1,32,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each in M/s Green Infra Wind Power Generation Ltd. The Company has today entered into Share Subscription cum Shareholder Agreement with M/s Green Infra Wind Power Generation Ltd & Green Infra Wind Energy Pvt Ltd and Power Supply and Consumption Agreement with M/s Green Infra Wind Power Generation Ltd for the Company's power requirement of 11 million units under Group Captive Structure.
