AMEYA: The Exchange had sought clarification from Ameya Precision Engineers Limited with respect to announcement dated 07-Feb-2024, regarding resignation of Ms. Aakanksha Rajeev Kelkar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. On basis of above the Company was required to clarify following:ﾠ1. Date of cessation 2. Resignation letter as per Point 7C of para A of para A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.ﾠThe response of the Company is attached.
