GENESYS: The Exchange had sought clarification from Genesys International Corporation Limited with respect to announcement dated March 31, 2024, regarding appointment of Mr. Om Hemrajani as Non- Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2024. On basis of above the Company was required to clarify following:ﾠ1. Affirmation that the Director beingﾠappointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.ﾠThe response of the Company is attached.??
