The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.36 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 29.94 per cent at Rs 32.90 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 46.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 37.62 per cent to Rs 24.91 crore from Rs 39.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 600.00 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.05 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 13.66 per cent to Rs 7.99 crore as against Rs 7.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 62.15 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 34.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 106.25 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore (Mar'23 Rs -0.32 crore).
