The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.32 crore compared to net loss of Rs 9.96 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.09 per cent at Rs 24.88 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 39.60 per cent to Rs 21.96 crore from Rs 36.36 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 22.08 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 141.22 per cent to Rs 2.91 crore as against Rs -7.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 148.65 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 6.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.78 crore, while Taxation decreased by 251.35 per cent at Rs -1.12 crore (Mar'23 Rs 0.74 crore).
