To consider, approve, and take on record the (Standalone) Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2024.\r\n\r\n2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair as the Board may think fit or which is incidental and ancillary to the business of the Company. \r\n\r\nIn this connection and in continuation of our intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window for the directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons vide letter dated 27th March, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 from 01st April, 2024. \r\n
