The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.49 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 2.73 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 45.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.30 per cent at Rs 71.17 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.96 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.05 per cent to Rs 70.05 crore from Rs 67.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 51.74 per cent at Rs 2.61 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 1.72 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 62.42 per cent to Rs 1.12 crore as against Rs 2.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 62.62 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 63.04 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.75 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.39 per cent at Rs 0.61 crore (Mar'23 Rs 0.59 crore).
