NCC:The Exchange has sought clarification from NCC Limited with respect to announcement dated 14-Mar-2024, regarding "" NCC Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'Disclosure under Regulation 30(4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations'."". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. Whether the promoter/ promoter group/ group companies have any interest in this transaction? If yes, nature of interest and details thereof and whether the same is done at ""arms length""?? The response of the Company is awaited.
