GODHA:The Exchange has sought clarification from Godha Cabcon & Insulation Limited with respect to announcement dated 01-Apr-2024, regarding??Change in Directors and Auditors in the Board meeting held on April 01, 2024. On basis of above you are required to clarify following - 1. Affirmation that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. 2. Disclosure pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019. 3. Disclosure as per point no. 7B(ia) of Para A part A of Schedule III of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, names of listed entities in which the resigning director holds directorships,?? indicating the category of directorship and membership of board committees, if any. The response of the Company is awaited.
