We are not a \Large Corporate\ within the framework given under Para 2.2 of SEBI Circular SEBI/HP/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 DT.26.11.2018, for the last day of the Financial Year 2024, and hence submission of requisite disclosure in terms of para 4.1(i) does not arise.
