With reference to the announcement dated September 08, 2023, Ms. Urjita Damle, has resumed office today i.e. April 24, 2024. She will assume the role of Compliance officer of the Company with effect from April 24, 2024. Mr. K. G. Prabhu ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
