The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 173.76 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 234.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 26.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.10 per cent at Rs 14,788.46 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12,629.11 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 115.48 per cent to Rs 22,896.41 crore from Rs 10,625.98 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1121.70 per cent at Rs 538.16 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 44.05 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 216.50 per cent to Rs -415.73 crore as against Rs 356.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 199.29 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 53.04 per cent at Rs 60.58 crore (Mar'23 Rs 129.01 crore).
