Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has received an order from the State Tax Department of Maharashtra intimating the conclusion of GST scrutiny proceedings initiated under section 73 of the CGST/MGST Act, 2017 for the Financial Year 2019-20.\r\n\r\nDuring the proceedings, the Company provided necessary explanations and documents to substantiate the determination of taxes in the GST filings.\r\n\r\nSubsequently, the proceedings have been dropped by the aforementioned authority without any additional tax demand.
