April 25, 2024.\r\n2) Determined and approved the allocation of 7,07,58,889 Equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 56.53 per Equity shares. \r\n3) Approved and adopted the placement document\r\n4) Approved and finalised the confirmation of allocation note to be sent to eligible qualified institutional buyers
