The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.08 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 10.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.37 per cent at Rs 41.71 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 52.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 32.18 per cent to Rs 22.68 crore from Rs 33.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 411.11 per cent at Rs 0.46 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.48 per cent to Rs 19.03 crore as against Rs 18.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 26.19 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 80.13 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation decreased by 33.63 per cent at Rs 3.73 crore (Mar'23 Rs 5.62 crore).
