This is in continuation of our letter dated 15.12.2023 intimating imposition of fine of Rs. 5,900 /- each including GST by NSE and BSE for non-compliance of Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nThe Company requested NSE vide letter dated 15.12.2023 for waiver of fine as non-compliance with regard to late submission of disclosures w.r.t. related party transactions under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 was neither due to any negligence nor default by the Company but only due to technical issues faced by the Company.\r\n\r\nNSE vide letter No. NSE/LIST/SOP/0021 dated 24.04.2024 intimated that GAIL's request for waiver of fine was not considered favorably.
