The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 33.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 67.29 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.90 per cent at Rs 224.63 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 226.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.91 per cent to Rs 184.45 crore from Rs 182.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.26 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.38 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.41 per cent to Rs 40.18 crore as against Rs 43.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.55 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 344.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.24 crore
