The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 13.56 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 6.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 98.54 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 28.30 per cent at Rs 71.31 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 99.46 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.93 per cent to Rs 61.33 crore from Rs 88.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 154.72 per cent at Rs 4.05 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 1.59 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.47 per cent to Rs 9.98 crore as against Rs 10.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 30.48 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 11.11 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 155.20 per cent at Rs -1.91 crore (Mar'23 Rs 3.46 crore).
