The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.29 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 30.95 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.70 per cent at Rs 1.92 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.58 per cent to Rs 1.51 crore from Rs 1.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 33.33 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 31.67 per cent to Rs 0.41 crore as against Rs 0.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 22.96 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.14 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.67 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Mar'23 Rs 0.12 crore).
