In terms of Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to the receipt of approval from the shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot on 05th April, 2024, the Company has submitted the application to BSE Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the Reclassification of certain members of the Promoter Group of the Company.
