Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, i.e. Friday, April 26, 2024 has inter-alia:\r\n\r\nAllotted 100,000 (One Lakh) equity shares at face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) per share to the eligible employees under the AYM ESOP SCHEME 2021 pursuant to their exercise of stock options. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity shares of the Company in all aspects.\r\n\r\nSubsequently to the allotment of equity shares under AYM ESOP Scheme 2021, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 50,73,12,640/- (Rupees Fifty Crore Seventy Three Lakh Twelve Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Only) representing 5,07,31,264 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.\r\n\r\nWe request you to disseminate the above information on your website.
