The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.83 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 5.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.85 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.42 per cent at Rs 57.57 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 45.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.32 per cent to Rs 52.18 crore from Rs 40.04 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 63.56 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 2.25 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 15.94 per cent to Rs 5.38 crore as against Rs 6.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 33.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 49.02 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 95.69 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore (Mar'23 Rs 2.32 crore).
