With reference to email received on 26th April, 2024 seeking clarification on movement in the price of our security at exchange in the recent past, we wish to submit as follows:\r\n1. The Co. has intimated to the BSE from time to time of all the events & information which has an impact on the operation & performance of the Co. which include all price sensitive information etc. as required to be disclosed under the provisions of Reg 30 & other applicable regulations of the SEBI (LODR), Reg 2015.\r\nTherefore, the movement in Co.'s share price is purely due to market conditions & apparently market driven on which the Co. neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons.\r\n2. The Co. reiterates its adherence to the requirements laid down in Regulation 30 of the SEBl (LODR) Reg, 2015 & we will keep the Stock Exchange duly informed of any information as required under the said regulations as & when any such event occurs.\r\nPlease take the above clarification on your record.
