The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 9.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.34 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 40.47 per cent at Rs 43.63 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 31.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.99 per cent to Rs 39.09 crore from Rs 36.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 47.97 per cent at Rs 10.64 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 20.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 178.01 per cent to Rs 4.54 crore as against Rs -5.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 155.55 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation increased by 49.31 per cent at Rs 6.48 crore (Mar'23 Rs 4.34 crore).
