Natrajan has completed his tenure of 15 years as MD & CEO of the Bank at the end of business hours on April 28, 2024, in accordance with the extant norms of Reserve Bank of India. \r\nSince 2009, as MD & CEO of the Bank, Mr. Natrajan provided outstanding leadership and contributed significantly in building a robust, sustainable and scalable business model. Mr. Natrajan leaves behind a legacy of strong professional values, compliance culture, prudent risk management and a professionally competent team that will help the Bank enormously in its continued journey of growth. \r\nFurther with reference to our earlier intimation Ref. No.CO:CS:RC:2023-24:330 dated March 21, 2024, \r\nMr. Praveen Achuthan Kutty (DIN: 10329590), who has been appointed as the MD & CEO of the Bank for a period of three (3) years with effect from April 29, 2024, shall take charge as the MD & CEO of the Bank on April 29, 2024.
