The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.55 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 6.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 18.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.39 per cent at Rs 54.25 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.81 per cent to Rs 47.93 crore from Rs 46.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 623.64 per cent at Rs 3.98 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 0.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 32.84 per cent to Rs 6.32 crore as against Rs 9.41 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 31.19 per cent in March quarter.

Taxation decreased by 36.57 per cent at Rs 1.96 crore (Mar'23 Rs 3.09 crore).
