This is to inform in terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today on 29.04.2024 at 03.00 p.m. and concluded at 03.45 p.m. The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Ushma Dadani (Mem No.A21452) as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 29.04.2024 pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 and Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 as amended. \r\n\r\nPlease take the same on record.
