With regard to the certificate provided by us as per Regulation 40(9) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for M/s California Software Company Limited having CIN No.L72300TN1992PLC022135 for the period from 01st April, 2023 to 31st March, 2024 we confirm that as per information provided by the Registrar and RTA there was no physical transfer/ transmission/ split/ replacement/ consolidation/ sub-division/ duplicate/ renewal/ exchange/ endorsement of calls/ allotment of money during the said period.
