Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that Ms. Anupma Kashyap Din NO. 09720124 vide letter dated April 30, 2024 has tendered her resignation as an Independent Director of the company w.e.f. close of business hours on April 30, 2024\r\n\r\nWhile taking note of the above, the board of Directors of the company placed on records its appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by Ms. Anupma Kashyap during her association with the company as an Independent Director.\r\n\r\nThe details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III- PARA A (7B) of part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI circulations issued in this regard are given in Annexure-1. The letter of Resignation received from Ms. Anupma Kashyap is enclosed herewith as Annexure-II
